Quotes and bookings

Quotes are based on the information provided about the property. If the property differs significantly on arrival, we may need to adjust the quote before work begins.

Access to the property

Please make sure we can access the property at the agreed time, along with running water and electricity.

Cancellations

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment.

Standards and concerns
